Cost & Return Process


Orders at are delivered with Postnord, DHL and to the nearest collection point. Shipping prices are calculated weight based –

0-1 kg: 65 kr.                                  1-3 kg: 75 kr.
3-7 kg: 89 kr.                               7-12 kg: 105 kr.


Request for return are made by sending email at [email protected]. Please mention order number and product you wish to return. Purchased items must be  returned in essentially the same condition and quantity.

You are in no way obligated to state any reason for the return, but customer feedback will help us improve our product range & service.

Right of withdrawal / Ångersrätt

Orders at are covered by the rules on online selling according to konsumentköplagen by konsumentverket.

 This means that you as a customer have a 14-day full return right. If you wish to make use of your right of return, this must be notified to us as soon as possible.


Return shipping details

Shipping costs in connection with the return are paid by the customer.

The goods must be returned in unopened condition and in the original packaging, and it is your responsibility to ensure that those goods are properly protected during transport. We therefore recommend that you, if you are in doubt about whether you want to keep what you bought, that you store the box and other packaging.

Refund processing

Once return shipment is received & inspected at our warehouse, customers will receive at refund confirmation email.

Customers will be refunded the entire invoiced amount via payment method chosen at checkout within 5-7 working days.

Please remember that Cricket Bats are made from a natural material that has the incredibly arduous task of hitting a solid object repeatedly. A small amount of cracking is common and has no impact on the performance of the bat. Small cracks can usually be sanded out and have been appearing on cricket bats for centuries! Cracking is not a sign of a faulty bat, but an indication your bat requires further knocking in.

Warranty Claim for all

If you wish to make a warranty claim, you are required first to send us the pictures of concerns or damages, and we will contact the manufactures for further advise.

Please note: The warranty period commences from the date of purchase.

Bat Warranty Information

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Yorker damage to the toe.

• Surface damage to the face, edge or toe that occurs due to lack of preparation (knocking-in) or inaccurate play.

• Damage due to moisture or extreme heat, or damage that occurs because of incorrect use.

• Damage resulting from the use of non-leather or composite balls, including bowling machine balls.

Bats with broken handles, cracks and other minor problems that occur within the time and scope of the manufacturer warranty will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. It takes an average of 10 working days to assess and/or repair the problem in conjunction with the manufacturer.

A Bat will not be replaced due to handle break, edge or surface cracking but will be repaired under Warranty only in the first season of use.

Please note – the use of bowling machine balls can and may void your warranty.

Please note once a cricket bat is oiled and knocked it is considered as used and will not grant for return or refund.

For warranty and returns, you must send it at your cost, and we must receive it for settlement.

Returns Policy

Sweden Consumer Law states that the retailer is not required to provide a replacement or refund if you change your mind.

All products come with a seven-day money back guarantee with a complete refund. If unsatisfied with the product, you are expected to return them in an unused state within the first seven days of purchase.
